Swapping / removing an official

You will not be able to remove a key official as these are mandatory roles however you can swap an individual with another league official if they have the safeguarding requirements. To do this click on the direction arrows and then will then bring up the list of league officials. The officials in bold are compliant and the officials who are greyed out are not compliant with that role.

If you wish to remove an official from a role you can do this by selecting the trash can icon. if you wish to add more roles to an existing league official select the pencil icon where you can then add more roles.

Sending reminders to officials

A new feature added is the ability to send a reminder to an official who requires action and whose safeguarding qualifications may be about to expire. Select the bell icon and you will then see the various qualifications that you can send an email reminder for.

Please note that the compliant message and the qualification column are qualifications relevant for that role, meaning if they are showing as compliant but then missing certain qualifications when you click in to the individual that they are still compliant for that role.
