f you don't know your FAN number this can be retrieved by visiting: https://secure.thefa.com/fan/RetrieveFANDetails.aspx
1. On the site, type in your: e-mail address, first name & date of birth
2. The system will display a confirmation message
3. Please then check your e-mail address whereby it should display your FAN numbers
Tip: You can use one of these FAN numbers to succesfully access your Whole Game System account by clicking "Sign in using FAN" on the Whole Game System Login page or following this guidance: https://grassrootstechnology.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/48001080323-wgs-login-my-email-exists-on-more-than-one-account
