Mobile number not appearing on Full-Time

If the mobile number isn't appearing from WGS to Full Time:


If a mobile number isn't appearing on Full-Time there is a high-possibility that the format isn't being recognised when the club is integrating.


If the mobile number begin "+44" or have a space in e.g. "01234 5678910" rather than "012345678910" then the club needs to remove the +44 or remove the space. The person's number should then immediately appear on Full Time.


If this doesn't work:


Check that the club has listed the person as "Team Secretary" role or is listed as "team manager or coach"? You can check this in the leagues Full Time site, go to the league > Search People > check to see if they have an admin role.
