Your parent/carer will need to create a FAN account which can be done by clicking on the ‘Register Now’ button on the following website - https://secure.thefa.com/fan/UpdateFANDetails.aspx.
Once your parent/carer has created a FAN account please email their FAN number to info@lancashirefa.com along with the name and FAN number of the referee they wish to linked to.
